Flush it and get that old crap outa there. SOOOOOO easy ONly need a piece of 1/2" ID clear vinyl tubing, an old milk jug marked in qts and a case of ATF fluid. You and an assistant can do it in 30 mins w/o jacking the car or getting your hands or pants dirty. IPD site has the procedure in pictures but you're only disconnecting the top tranny line at the rad, insert the fitting in the 1/2" vinyl tubing, start and run the engine until 2 qts of dirty fluid are expelled into your milk jug ( about 20-30 seconds). Shut the engine off and add two quarts of fluid. Repeat 4-5 times until you see cherry red fluid being expelled. Reconnect your tranny line and you're done.
