I replaced the cassette unit that came with the car (1995 turbo 850) with a pioneer headunit (mp8400) which plays cds, and mp3's. The mp3 allows for 10 hours of music (comparable to a cd changer, but with ID1 tags). The volvo amp was disconnected and a new 2 channel amp was installed, with rears amped by head unit. You can also change speakers when you are ready but this is a good change... but it is different than the factory look.
