What Grade of Oil to use? 850 1996

Where would I buy these oils? Obviously not at Chevron. I did put a quart of the 5/30 in this morning and I can't even remember the brand, but I did buy @ Chevron.

I live in San Francisco but I did have the oil changed up in Seattle where it was snowing at the time, so that may explain it. S.F. isn't exactly a "warm climate" but I'd say moderate. Should I stick to the 5/30?

Can I add a quart of the kind you recommended if my oil is low? I am due for a change in 1,000 miles, at 3,000 interval. Will an Indy have this type of oil or do I need to go somewhere specific?
