V70 vs Camry reliability? V70-XC70

We will buy a new car. I already own a BMW. They are nice cars if you like to drive (not a priority for my wife) but their reliability is OK but not great. I do not think a 3 series would be a good choice for my wife.

We had a look at a few cars yesterday. We were disapointed by the Audi A4. The 05 Legacy and the V50 Volvo we pleasant surprises
