I will confess that I've never driven one; i was going with features and looks and what I've read. Probably not the best way to choose. The BMW, however is rated (JD Powers as I recall) above average in frequency of repairs (better), and far above any FWD Volvo. I also think CU has them rated as fewer repairs base don their owner surveys.
