I would certainly change them out. They don't owe you anything and it is cheap insurance to fit new ones. Generally I don't like to go over 100,000 miles on radiator or heater hoses.

Do be careful not to overstress the radiator when removing them. You would hate to break those plastic tanks removing the hoses.
