Replace oil seals when replacing timing belt? 850 1996

A dealer svc manager I called recently said when doing 850 timing belts they replace only the things (seals, water pump, tensioner) actually found bad, and that this doesn't happen often.

There are front cam seals. There was a very useful series of posts on this site with photos on replacing them while maintaining valve timing properly - about a month or so ago.

Long oil seal life is promoted by keeping the crankcase rebreathing system in clean working order.
