Actually I was taken mosty aback by KlausC's post to me. His complete distortion of my inital response to you. (arm your selves buy guns because of Covid???)
If not for that, I would have never written a second post.

Testy times here esp that Covid has exposed the health system in this country.
Hospitals - the physical buildings - are owned by real estate companies>

Example> In Feb, as the extent of this virus was becoming known, a regional medical center in Fairmont West Virgina was closed 6 weeks before it was scheduled to be shuttered. The California company that owns it(a real estate fund) shut it down one day before the Covid Panic hit the US. They avoided getting stuck with a hospital full of sick people as well as the possibility that the Government of West Virgina would stop the closing of the Medical Center from taking place due to the epidemic.
The company got out just in time.

Add that to certain politicians using COVID to advance their antigun adgenda and their true desire to disarm all Americans. We do have that pesky 2nd Amendment, that this group wish would just go away.
