Ahh, I stand (sit) corrected.
In that case, as I think someone mentioned, be sure to get the filter replaced also, unless it is obviously new. A filter loaded with old dirt will put more of a load on the pump - increasing the current and killing off the pump before its time. And make sure the in-tank pump is working also.
