Well, you are missing a couple valuable diagnostic pieces needed to proceed beyond the CPS(which should be replaced regardless) and the RSR(which if a wire popped right out of connector, needs attention). Spark? Have you put a plug to the block and had someone crank to check? Fuel at rail, you may have a schrader valve to see? Or loosen return line and crank and see if fuel comes out and at what rate. Codes?
