Testing the Coil 900 1991

Ok, no spark from the coil when holding to ground. I also noted there is no movement on the tach when cranking, not sure if this is significant or not but I beleive someone asked about that.
I will follow Bruce's advice and see what I can find with a test light at the coil. I will also check the ground mentioned to verify it is solid and making good contact.
All the suggestions are much appreciated as I am anxious to get her back on the road.
