M47 Fill Bolt 200 1989

Classic reverse and 1st gear M47 problems. Going to try the detente plate adjustment again and adjusting the clutch cable. I fear the clutch cable needs replacement, but thats a different post. It makes sense the bolts were cemented on the transmission. They are impossible to get loose. May not be a fluid problem, but it'd be amazing if a fluid change would solve it all. My only fear is that after all that, it wouldn't change anything. Or worse, make it worse. And is it a fluid problem? Or a bolt vs pride problem? Not sure at this point.
