It’s not the 25 AMP fuse, it’s the socket! 200 1990

On my second post of Sept. 10 I suggested you use a jumper to bypass the fuse wire altogether.

Sure you could cut the center of it out, but if it turns out to be OK, then you just toasted the in-line fuse holder. The best price I have found on good ones run 3 to 6 bucks!
By the way a voltmeter from Harbor Freight costs that much but will not have instructions that you can not find on the Internet. Winter is coming. Good inside learning can be had!

May I suggest you print out some of these posts so you can review or study them over an over. Highlight the suggested procedures that you feel you understand. Try them out and note the results you found on the backside of each post. That way you will know to whom you can post back too!
This way you can they both of you can follow the work into the next step of troubleshooting.
