I agree with everyone saying you should open the door up and lube everything, but if that doesn't solve the problem I'm in Silver Spring and I'm quite sure I have a few spare window motor/regulator assemblies. Get in touch if you would like to buy one: epicurus2112+brickboard@gmail.com
