I have a 89/245 that won't start.A man gave my wife the car because he said that it was a money pit.I have stop by to look at the car several times at the guy's house and every time he told me that I didn't need to look at it beacuse it wasn't for sale,but my wife goes up to his house and he gives it to her.He has spent $3700.00 on the car and it doesn't run.Everything that can be done to the car has been done.The only thing that hasn't been changed is the computer and the Bosch unit ends in (561) my question is this the one that gives so much trouble.The guy had the seats redone and the interior is super nice,My wife wants to drive this car to work.I would like to know if there is a replacement computer to put in the car and what the # for it is.One other thing, is there a place that I can send this computer and have it rebuilt.
