battery drain problem 200 1993

Battery is running down every 4/5 days.
Alternator charge rate is standard
With everything turned off, there is a discharge between battery negative terminal
and earth of 100mA. Seems high to me.
Can any of the 240 electrical experts comment and advise where a possible unusual current leak could be detected or traced.
