Nope. I would just arbitrarily chop off one of the doubled up lines and see what you lose. Worst case is you have to pull the other female connector off and solder a new female on the chopped off guy.

I'm a big T&E guy. I suppose that's a shortcoming, but it's a function of my miserable diagnostic skills along with my lack of patience not necessarily in that order.
