Cannot remove balljoints from control arm....damn it! S90-V90

Have just spent 4 hours trying to replace the baljoints on my 1997 V90 3.0 24v. Everythings done except the actual removal of the balljoints from the control arm. Mine seem welded.....I've tried everything...hacksaw, puller, banging, prying...everything. I've tried to remove the whole of the control arm from the car with the balljoint attcehd but I cannot remove the control arm from the understide of the carf where the bolt goes through the rubber bushing....it wont come off either.....please help...I'm at my wits end.
