Cannot remove balljoints from control arm....damn it! S90-V90

That is my method of choice... beating on the ball joint shaft itself doesn't do anything but mushroom it, but hitting the control arm does the trick. It's just sometimes hard to get a good swing at it with the car on the ground, much easier to do on a hoist.
