Weber DGV hot start difficulty 120-130

Damian-
Thanks for that info- interesting! Was the 'performance jetting kit' something from Weber, or the speed shops own thing?

My DGV was jetted pretty close to what you cite for 'Bondo the wagon) when I originally got the car. Drove well, but when I put in the A/F meter the idle was off the scale rich and cruise was really lean.... But the A/F meter went in at the same time a new Skandix Sport Exhaust was put on. So I started playing around. Still more to do, and I'll probably get it perfectly jetted just before I put SUs (or maybe Parker's Mikunis) on the car!

Any idea what the tube that was removed was? Nah, I'm not going to start doing internal surgery on my DGV, just curious. It's a never ending process of understanding carb voodoo!
