Hey smart guy, why don't you explain to us how this has a measurable affect on emissions? Doesn't cold air have more oxygen? I heard once on Rush Limbaugh that oxygen is required for combustion. Oh, and while you're at it, why don't you tell me why cars have trouble starting in sub-zero temperatures to begin with.

Why don't you wrap your lips around the tail pipe for a few minutes then tell me how it affects your environment. I hear it's those left wing do-gooders who say emissions kill brain cells. Prove 'em wrong, Dave.
