engine shudder after cold start S90-V90

thanks. After reading some articles in the FAQ, I went outside and did a few things.

1. Checked out a spark plug. Turns out they are Volvo brand plugs. As far as i know, the last time this car saw the inside of a dealership was 30k miles ago. So they are scheduled for replacement. The plug that I saw was a three-pronged Volvo model. What is the aftermarket equivalent? It also had some white deposits, so it is running a bit hot.

2. Cleaned Mass airflos sensor and connector with electrical connection cleaner. Aside from some very minor funk on the connector, everything seemed to be very clean to start with.

3. Checked the Fuel pressure regulator. In all truthfulness, I merely broke off the dried old vacuum hose. No fuel came out, and no gasoline odor.
