engine shudder after cold start S90-V90

Thanks for the advice. I looked for vacum leaks and boy did I find one. It was the rubber connector that goes connects a hard line to the PCV valve. the thing was split from end to end. Is it normal that you can hear a vacuum leak without any assistance of a stethoscope? Cause this one was loud.

BTW, wehere is the Idle Control valve on this engine? My mechanic did a TB clean for me when he did the timing belt. I don't know if he took it completely off the engine or just did a spraycan job.
