240 System Relay Problem 200 1984

Thanks for the reply. The system relay has 12V to one side of the coil when the key is on and the other side of the coil is the yellow/red wire that goes into the Jetronic. As I understand the system, first the system relay pulls in and runs the main pump and when the engine starts the fuel pump relay pulls in and runs the tank pump.The fuse under the hood has 12V on both sides, but I will remove it and clean the contacts.
