Jim,

Thanks for your help. I'll keep a lookout for blue smoke upon acceleration from standstill then. Mine engine is a smaller version, its a I4 1.6 SOHC 16V, not available in the USA. I think the smallest you guys got is a 2 litre version in the Mirage. It does come with a DOHC variant.
