a simple test is to apply the handbrake and see if you get a hard pedal. You do not need to be moving to do this it is a drive way test. If so, it is the adjustement on the rear drums. make sure your handbrake is working before you do this diagnosis as an inoperative hand brake makes this test mute.You do not need to be moving to do this it is a drive way test
