When you bleed the brakes my experience is that the master cylinder struggles to completely get the air out of the system. I usually use an adapted easy bleed which uses a car tyre to pressurise a bottle full of brake fluid to push it through the system.
Bleeding is MUCH easier on a 120 if you get its tail end right up in the air as high as you can get it, the air will then naturally start to travel up the long brake lines as you bleed. Always start with the longest pipe and work towards the shortest.
