Overdrive Fix 200 1989

Thanks for the replies;I'm going to try replacing the outer O ring, it looked a little flat anyway. A little further explanation though. Just bought this 240, and am pretty sure that it was going into OD when I first brought it home, Filthy engine compartment and a couple of fluid leaks necessitated a degreasing and pressure wash. Found the brake fluid leak, and the oil pan leak, but now this problem, I guess there is a more than a little truth in the old saw, If its works, don't fix it.
Just wondering if a fluid change would maybe would free it up, BTW I tested the solenoid before I "fixed" it and it was clicking. Thanks again.
