Others could comment better than me on the causes of the code. Perhaps monitoring the output of the O2 sensor voltage would yield a clue, I think the sensor could be a cause.

I do know however that on the LH2.4 system only certain codes will turn on the CEL. For example 122 and 321 do not turn on the light.
