IMO, it's NOT the Crank Position Sensor 200 1993

No wet plugs. The pulse I feel at the rail must be the pump primming.
And the relays (white fuel relay) are working just as you describe.

I hope that the problem is the crank sensor.
Is there any way I can bench test of some sort the ignition module and the crank sensor?
