Muffle Up I Guess... 120-130 1967

Jeff,

OK. You may be able to weld it back, but I don't know, could be kind of rusty and thin there anyway.

Higher quality than what you would normally get from a muffler shop is what I meant. I know there are shops that are very good but I generally don't think the chain store muffler shops are too concerned with quality...my opinion.

Sport systems are usually a little larger in diameter than the stock system. Skandix is a maker of a sport system, and it usually costs more than the Starla system.

I have used the Starla (a.k.a. Walker) and the Skandix systems on my 140s and have been happy with both. I've heard (pun intended for your benefit) that the loudness differs a lot between the Skandix systems ie. 122, 1800 and 140 but can't comment since I've only had the 140.

The last Starla system I had lasted about 5 years which I thought was pretty good for year round use in CT.

I would buy either system again.
