Help with Ventilation System 200

The motor itself is not designed to be on all the time. But if the a/c is switched on the fan will continue to run even if the fan switch is off.
However, even with the a/c switch and the fan switch both turned completely off there will still be some airflow through ventilation system when the car is moving.
