It's Mine 1800 1973

If you don't have too much tied up in it then financially you might be best off parting it out. 1800s with a lot of rust are IMO not a good starting point. Maybe I'm spoiled by living in mild No. California, but even starting with a free car it is hard to see how it would make $ense to restore a rusty one.
