Congrats...I'm Jealous. I had my hooks in one about12 months ago . It was going to be a Father/Son pr0ject. Also a '73.

It would need lots of luv'n to get it up to snuff. The owner thought he had a gold mine.. So after 2 months of back and forth negotiating...I said "No Deal".

In still comes to the edge of his property with the For Sale signs.
