Battery corrosion at negative terminal; time to replace battery?

This past summer, I cleaned and shined both terminals with that wire scrapper thingy and greased them before reapplying the battery cables. I also cleaned and greased the negative cable's ground to the chassis.

Both battery cables look fine, if a bit dirty. The insulation is in good shape and the clamps don't appear cracked or anything. The clamps also were scrapped clean this past summer.

I do need to check the water levels in the battery since I haven't done that in a few months.

Thanks for the advice.
