That Micro Switch that will not let me shift out of park S90-V90 1998

You won´t be able to switch outta park unless you step on brake pedal, the override switch is to allow switching out should the brake sensor fail. Maybe you specified this in earlier postinG? Anyways, do you have any brake lights coming on when you depress brake pedal?
