Same place I got the R-sport head, eBay. They were used, but in perfect condition. They came with the aluminum rocker shaft support bridge too (stops the shafts from flexing side to side as the valves open). They are a higher ratio (1.6 vs. the 1.4, 1.45 of the OEM rockers) so the lift of the cam gets amplified slightly. They originally came from KgTrimning, I got them from a guy in England with a Volvo powered Marcos race car named Richard Parnell. His car is, oddly enough, pictured on pg. 18 of the KgTrimning catalog (well worth wading through the technical Swedish, btw...) touting his use of their 'rullvippors'. Well, not anymore he isn't! I wouldn't have paid list price for them from KgTrimning, too dear for my budget.
Very subtle effect, but just a touch more power sprinkled all over the rpm range.
