Control arm replacement. 200

1) No, it is not easy, it is painful and annoying and brute force without a press. If you have a lift and press and torque wrench it is straightforward. Without a press you will be burning the bushings out of there with a blow torch.

2. Do not use Scantech. They stink in this area- well most areas as far as I am concerned. Do you want crap made in China and India in your car where the rubber technology blows chunks?

Spend the money on Volvo bushings. You'll be glad you did. Its too frustrating a job to go cheap on.
