Downpipe clamp. Where to attach? 120-130

It is an arm held by the rear tranny mount bolts starting out as an angle
about 0.100" thick and about 1½" on each leg. The vertical leg tapers to
nothing and the horizontal leg has slotted holes in it to allow for lateral
alignment. I am fairly sure the same (or very similar) arm was used on the
122, 140, 164 and probably the various 1800 models probably starting around
1967.
