Dear Turbo1002,

There is a flywheel sensor on top of the flywheel housing that connects at the center of the firewall to the engine harness. These have been known to cause problems. One of the telltale symptoms is a little kickback in the engine when trying to start. Sometimes it would start and others not. The part is about $35.00 but is a little difficult to get at. I still have a 10mm aocket in there somewhere from when I changed mine a few years ago.
