Thank you for the reply. I had a feeling the crank sensor was going but it did not sound right to me. How could a bad crank sensor cause a kick back when starting. Wouldn't a bad sensor cause a no start condition???? Anyway I ordered the sensor today because it was cheap and it is the last part I have not changed yet. Thank You for the help. Let you know how it goes.
