Definitive answer...B20 Valves 140-160

It's not all that choked, it needs some meat taken away from around the guide, but not a lot from around the bowl. Most of my stuff is more than 15 years old now & I usually used the original valves. I'd like to revist it someday, I think a 30 degree valve seat with a bigger valve would be worth trying because low lift flow is the single most important area on the exhaust side. Sticking a 37mm or 38mm valve in is the easy way to make it work, but I don't know if you could use a big valve & a stellite seat at the same time.
