Definitive answer...B20 Valves 140-160

I didn't know that stock for stock the b20E heads actually flow a little better.

He said 12% which is A LOT not a little. All else being equal you would see a 10% loss of torque across the entire rpm range. Every little gain in cylinder head flow comes back as more torque nearly everywhere. OTOH, adding 12% more lift or duration to the cam hardly makes any difference.
