Temp Sensor specs 200 1991

I've tested a few of these. Their resistance v. temp characteristic is a logarithmic function. If you plot the log (base 10) of resistance v. temp. you get a straight line, which allows fairly accurate extrapolation. I think you should have about 200 ohms at 90C(194F).

Your 425 ohms at 200F sounds high - if true, it will tell the ECU that the engine is not fully warmed up.
