Worn Layshaft bearings?
How do worn layshaft bearings impact shifting and why only two gears?
The transmission is very quiet when the car is running in gear. It is also very quiet when running out of gear. Its only when shifting up and down that things are difficult.
What should I look for? Are they hard to get?
