If I remember correctly you live in the high desert, I have some freinds who live in that area, he is a CHP Officer and he has put in a transfer to get out of there

It seems to go in cyles, unless you have a lot of new people moving into the area.

Sure makes one angry but hard to catch someone, and many times even harder to get $'s after you do.
