Don't go with a b20 head just to use bigger valves - it's no trouble to put larger valves, or hardened seats, into a b18 head. Have you cc'd them? Without knowing the chamber volume of the two heads, and therefore the compression ratios, you don't have the info you need to make an intelligent choice.
