Also you might have to use a gun with air pressure.

Paul,
That's what I meant by "pneumatic grease gun", do you have something else in mind? The one I bought is rated for 90 lbs max. So, I didn't dare to take it any higher than 110 lbs. The holes and the passages are clear, I pushed a thin wire into them. Even though I renewed them when I put in the new seals, I had the grease fittings out to make sure they were in good shape. The one thing I didn't do was make sure the little ball valves were movable, like George suggested. I'll try that next.
