There seems to be some confusion as to what all is on the circuit that you are dealing with.As much as you would like to sell your car with all options working it seems like the windows are most important.Often wiring hacks will screw around in the drivers door(hinge area)you may also want to try it with the window switches unplugged at the master to see if that changes anything.If that doesn't help,start unpluging anything that is affected by the blown fuse,once the fuse stops blowing then start plugging things back in one at a time,also make sure that your fuse/relay recepticals are holding tight you don't need any arcing going on. good luck
