replace camshaft w\o removing engine? 140-160

Hello,

Thanks very much for the advice. The current engine has less than 130k, so I'm thinking it probably has lots of life left. I've swapped points out for the Pertronix, put on a Skandix exhaust system, and the carb is rebuilt and tuned. The engine's got lots of low end torque and runs great below 50mph but runs out of legs at highway speeds. At 70 mph, the engine really seems to be struggling. I'm thinking perhaps the cam has uniformally worn down and that's whats causing the issue. Perhaps a new "D" or "K" cam will help me sacrifice some low end torque for higher speeds? Cam swaps are a new thing for me, so I don't know if I'm completely in the dark on this one.
